By working alongside our client, TalkTalk, we were the first to identify this crucial gap in the leadership development space, bringing a much needed focus to the specific challenges faced by female leaders and managers.

What makes our programme unique is that alongside core programme topics, which align to the Level 3 and Level 5 DIPLOMA standards, we also recognise and cover the key challenges that affect female leaders specifically. Programme level

This unique approach is available at both Level 3 and Level 5 DIPLOMA, to suit managers and leaders at all stages in their career progression.

Duration

This program is delivered through face-to-face and remote visits, along with regular learning conferences led by one of our dedicated speakers.
